Along with milk, we sell fresh chakki atta (wheat flour) at Rs 170 per kg. It is ground on our own chakki.
How we make it
- Wash the wheat.
- Clean it to remove stones, dust and husk.
- Grind it on our own chakki.
Nothing is added and nothing is taken out, so you get whole-wheat atta with its natural bran.
Chakki atta vs packet flour
Most packet flour is ground in big roller mills, where part of the bran is removed for a whiter colour. Chakki atta is ground whole, so it is slightly darker and coarser.
